To fund your STPay account, visit your MY MONEY / DEPOSIT MONEY area. There you will see 3 types (BANK / CARD / OTHER) each with their own options. Look them over before deciding which one you want.
1. When you have picked an option, put an amount in the PAYMENT AMOUNT field at the top (no $$ signs or commas in the number)
2. click the radio button beside the option you wish
3. scroll to the bottom of the page and put in your secondary password or random TrustCard code
4. click the button to continue to Step 2
Once on Step 2 simply follow the prompts and continue your transaction to the end.
Step 3 will give you either a SUCCESS or DECLINE result and any further instructions will be on the page.
When you are all done, click on MY ACCOUNT/ACCOUNT OVERVIEW. Scroll to the middle of that page to see your recent transactions.
Your transaction wil show as PEND until our payments department confirms the transaction.
HELPFUL HINTS
- our Canadian and American members can use bank accounts right away with our Online ECheck option; you do not need to be Bank Verified
- you can use your credit or debit card right away; just be sure you have added your card in the MY BANKS & CARDS area first and verified your card
- no verification is required for our Real Time Transfers - if you see the InPay, SafetyPay or UseMyBank options, just follow the instructions for quick bank transfers!
- we even offer CASH deposits! Look for TrustCash and/or SafetyPay in the OTHER area
